Eating habits have changed a lot within the last 10 years. These changes have advantages and disadvantages for our health and conveniences.
10 years ago people used to eat unhealthy and fat food. There weren’t many things to buy in shops, so people used to eat the same food for a long time. Stakes, usually made of pork, potatoe dishes, pancakes were most popular those days. In winter time the situation used to get more complicated, because there weren’t any fruit oor vegetables, except for apples, potatoes and carrots.
Nowadays there’s a huge variety of food in shops. This is extremely important for our diet, because you can choose between healthy (vegetables, chicken, veal, beef, fruit) and unhealthy food (pork, pasta).
Nevertheless young people started eating junk food, such as hamburgers, pizzas, fried potatoes etc. In addition they started drinking much more fizzy drinks, such as Coca-Cola, Sprite, 7-Up, Pepsi. These junk foods are bad for our health, as they aren’t nutritious at aall and you’ll get fat after eating it for a long time.
