An email message reaches its recipient in 4-10 seconds. So now all governmental institutions connect their computers to local networks and of course to the Internet.

The bank system is also based on latest technologies. Now we have electronic commerce. You can sit in your room and buy food, drinks, presents and different things. It is very convenient.
