Traditionally English people have three meals a day: breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Breakfast is served in the morning; it used to be a very large meal with cereal, eggs, bbacon, sausages, mushrooms and tomatoes. Such a large breakfast takes a long time to prepare and it is not very healthy.
Today, Britain’s most popular breakfast consist of a lighter meal of cereal and toast and marmalade, fruit juice and yogurt with a cup of coffee or tea.
